Onze directe omgeving

De rode cirkel op de laatste foto geeft aan dat er in dit deel van Statenkwartier nu geen (openbare) AID. Die is wel nodig als we willen helpen levens te redden bij een hartstilstand in onze directe omgeving. Als bewoners van dit deel van de wijk kunnen we samen voor zorgen dat er een AED komt. Locatie 'onze' AED

De beoogde locatie voor de AED bevindt zich bij de entree van één van de vier geschakelde appartementsgebouwen. (JvO-laan 21H t/m 33H Zie foto's). Het  bestuur van de VvE heeft haar medewerking toegezegd en biedt een goed bereikbare locatie aan bij een entree. De exacte plek wordt in overleg bepaald. Een AED heeft elektriciteitsaansluiting nodig.

AED's in Statenkwartier

Er is helaas geen openbare database met de locaties van AED’s in Nederland. Ben je burgerhulpverlener? Dan kun je na inloggen alle aangemelde AED’s bij jou in de buurt zien.

Voor zover mij bekend (vul vooral aan) is er een openbare AED aan de flat (links) aan het eind van de Viviënstraat / Prins Mauritsplein. Wel vond ik enkele lopende od initiatieven van BuurtAED in Statenkwartier. Zie de laatste foto.

This is necessary if we want to help save lives in the event of a cardiac arrest in our immediate vicinity. As residents of this part of the neighborhood, we can together ensure that an AED is installed. Will you help? Then donate for our Neighborhood AED.

The board of the VvE has promised its cooperation and offers an easily accessible location at an entrance. The exact location will be determined in consultation. Kosten

Het BuurtAED-pakket is zorgvuldig samengesteld door deskundigen bij de Hartstichting en Philips. Het pakket wat ik voorstel bestaat uit:

• AED “Philips HeartStart FRx”
• Buitenkast met pincode-slot
• 5 jaar service- en onderhoudspakket

De adviesprijs is €2667,- en door de afspraken tussen Hartstichting en Philips bedraagt de gereduceerde prijs  €1660,-

De eenmalige kosten voor aanschaf bedragen nett0 € 1660,-  Het idee is om dit eenmalige bedrag via crowd funding te realiseren. Ook daar biedt Hartstichting een voorziening voor.  Installatie vindt plaats in overleg met het VvE-bestuur. Deze kozen zijn niet inbegrepen en zal ik persoonlijk voor mijn rekening nemen. 

Doneren / crowdfunding

Als je wilt bijdragen aan de aanschaf van een AED voor de buurt, doneer dan een bedrag. Volg daarvoor de uitleg op deze website.

Welk bedrag p.p.?

Zelf heb ik geen idee hoeveel mensen enthousiast zijn voor dit initiatief en of we de kosten gedekt krijgen.  Uiteraard bepaalt ieder of en hoeveel men bijdraagt. Ter illustratie een paar berekeningen o.b.v. gemiddelden:

€ 1.660,-  /   € 10,- =  166 deelnemers / huishoudens

€ 1.660,-  /   € 30,-  =  56 deelnemers / huishoudens

€ 1.660,-  /   € 50,-  =  33 deelnemers / huishoudens

Het geld dat je overmaakt wordt direct bijgeschreven bij de actie. Zo help jij onze buurt aan een BuurtAED!

Indien het doelbedrag bereikt is dan sluit de crowdfunding automatisch. Mochten we het doelbedrag niet binnen de 30 dagen-termijn realiseren, dan zal ik een verlenging aanvragen en/of een eventueel tekort tot € 250,- zelf bijpassen. Als het echt niet lukt om het doelbedrag bij elkaar te krijgen, worden alle donaties teruggestort.

doelbedrag en donaties 

• De AED kan pas worden geleverd nadat het benodigde Doelbedrag is behaald. Het toepasselijke Doelbedrag staat op de Website vermeld. Philips levert een financiële bijdrage aan het behalen van het Doelbedrag. Het toepasselijke Doelbedrag, de bijdrage van Philips en het restant dat door Donateurs moet worden ingezameld, wordt onmiddellijk zichtbaar op de actiepagina.
• De Initiatiefnemer heeft maximaal 30 dagen de tijd om het Doelbedrag in te zamelen. In overleg met de Initiatiefnemer is het mogelijk om de duur van de Actie met maximaal twee keer 15 dagen te verlengen. De Initiatiefnemer kan een nieuwe Actie starten na afloop van een eerdere Actie. Dit is mogelijk ongeacht het resultaat van een eerdere Actie.
• Bij het behalen van het Doelbedrag, zorgt Kentaa voor betaling van het bedrag aan ProCardio. ProCardio levert daarna de AED. Indien het Doelbedrag niet wordt behaald, kunt u een terugbetaling verwachten van de donaties voor de betreffende Actie.
• Wanneer het Doelbedrag wordt overschreden, wordt de Actie afgerond. Een overschot, bijvoorbeeld omdat de laatste donatie groter is dan het restant tot het behalen van het Doelbedrag, wordt het overschot terugbetaald aan de desbetreffende Donateur.

Het geld dat je overmaakt wordt direct bijgeschreven bij de actie. Zo help jij jouw buurt aan een BuurtAED!

Costs

The BuurtAED package has been carefully put together by experts at the Heart Foundation and Philips. The package I propose consists of:

- AED “Philips HeartStart FRx”
- Outer cabinet with pin code lock
- 5 year service and maintenance package

The suggested retail price is €2667, and due to the agreements between the Heart Foundation and Philips, the reduced price is €1660.

The one-off costs for purchase amount to € 1660 net. The idea is to realize this one-off amount through crowd funding. The Heart Foundation also offers a facility for this. Installation takes place in consultation with the VvE board. These picks are not included and I will personally take care of it.

Donate / crowdfunding

What amount per person?

I myself have no idea how many people are enthusiastic about this initiative and whether we will be able to cover the costs. Of course, everyone determines whether and how much they contribute. To illustrate, a few calculations based on averages:

€ 1,660,-  /   €10,- =  166 participants / households

€ 1,660,-  /   € 30,-  =  56 participants / households

€ 1,660,-  /   € 50,-  =  33 participants / households

The amount you transfer is immediately credited to the promotion. This is how you help our neighborhood with a BuurtAED!

When the target amount is reached, the crowdfunding closes automatically. If we do not achieve the target amount within the 30-day period, I will request an extension and/or make up for any shortfall up to €250. If we really fail to raise the target amount, all donations will be refunded.

Below are some passages from article 4 with regard to Target amount and donations

• The AED can only be delivered after the required Target Amount has been achieved. The applicable Target Amount is stated on the Website. Philips makes a financial contribution to achieving the Target Amount. The applicable Target Amount, the Philips contribution and the remainder to be collected by Donors will be immediately visible on the promotion page.
• The Initiator has a maximum of 30 days to collect the Target Amount. In consultation with the Initiator, it is possible to extend the duration of the Promotion by a maximum of two times 15 days. The Initiator can start a new Promotion after the end of a previous Promotion. This is possible regardless of the outcome of a previous Action.
• When the Target Amount is achieved, Kentaa ensures payment of the amount to ProCardio. ProCardio then supplies the AED. If the Target Amount is not reached, you can expect a refund of the donations for the relevant Promotion.
• When the Target Amount is exceeded, the Promotion is completed. A surplus, for example because the last donation is greater than the remainder until reaching the Target Amount, the surplus will be refunded to the relevant Donor.

Mijn naam is Roy Tomeij en ik woon aan de Johan van Oldenbarneveltlaan 42. 

Recent ben ik het initatief gestart om gezamenlijk met omwonenden een AED voor dit deel van de wijk te realiseren.

Voor wat betreft de AED-locatie heb ik de medewerking van het bestuur van de VvE van JvO 21H tm 33H.

Tevens maak ik ook dankbaar gebruik van de voorzieningen en communicatiemiddelen die Hartstichting (i.s.m. bedrijven) biedt. 

Na installatie van de AED zorg ik voor registratie bij Hartslag.nu en meldt ik onze pincode.  Hartslag.nu zorgt er voor dat bij een 112-noodoproep de gecertificeerde (vrijwillige) hulpverleners bericht krijgen waar de dichtsbijzijnde AED zich bevindt en wat de  pincode is.

My name is Roy Tomeij and I live at 42 Johan van Oldenbarneveltlaan.

I recently started the initiative to realize an AED for this part of the neighborhood together with local residents.

With regard to the AED location, I have the cooperation of the board of the VvE from JvO 21H to 33H.

I also make grateful use of the facilities and means of communication that Hartstichting (in collaboration with companies) offers.

After installing the AED, I will register with Hartslag.nu and report our PIN code. Hartslag.nu ensures that in the event of an emergency call to 112, the certified (voluntary) first responders are notified where the nearest AED is located and what the PIN code is.
